Accountability


Ø  Accountability is the answer ability of employees about his/her performance. Every person in the organization must be accountable about his/her performance. It is a bit more than a responsibility. It is and obligation of an employee to give retains answer to his superior or manager about his work performance. If he cannot perform assigned task in time. He/she should give written with reason why the task is not fulfilled in time.
